A summer renovation, step by step
Most school upgrades happen while classrooms are empty. Here is how we make every week of the break count.

Site walk & scope
We walk the space with school leadership and facilities staff, confirm needs and document existing conditions.

Pricing, schedule & submittals
Transparent pricing, a week-by-week schedule and material approvals completed before the last day of classes.

Late June
Mobilization & protection
Work zones are secured, existing finishes protected and demolition begins as soon as students leave.

July â August
Construction
Crews install flooring, millwork, ceilings, lighting and finishes, with daily cleanup and weekly progress updates.

Inspections & punch list
Final inspections, punch-list items and a deep clean, so staff can set up their rooms on schedule.
